The bed was exceptionally comfortable. the room was elegant and bright with a view. Essentials like free Wi-Fi and climate control were available. Great location very close to the beach. Really close to the ocean, seafront, restaurants, public transport, and the Mojo Market.

Very enjoyable overall experience. Cool secure hotel in good location to the hop on-and-off bus stop. Fresh food served, exceptionally good and amazing breakfast. Extremely comfy beds, central heating, flat-screen television, and a safe box in the room. Location next to Clifton beach, restaurants and beach, and Signal hill. Soft drinks at honesty bar, great service. Plus, free parking on-site.

The hotel was in a central setting so close to all attractions. I enjoyed its staff, everyone was very welcoming.

had a good stay on our vacation, everything was excellent. the staff were fantastically friendly and amicable and the facilities provided were very nice. the breakfast was particularly good with eggs cooked to taste and food and drinks, for instance, and had all you need.

The room was brand-new and had a double sink and a cosmetic mirror. I was surprised by the magnificent garden view. the hotel is centrally located close to the center of Sea Point, offering a large selection of restaurants nearby.

I had a great time during my stay at Sundown Manor. Very safe, with easy transport access and a few minutes walk to the ocean. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff, especially Gary and Candice, were friendly and helpful. I will definitely return if I visit in the future.

The standard double room is elegant and quiet. the hotel offers amazing and satisfactory meal in the morning with healthy fruit salad. - the location is marvellous, 5 minutes' walk to the Point Mall.

I had an amazing stay at this place. Great value for money with tasteful and comfortable rooms in a safe and convenient neighborhood. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were extremely helpful with our needs.

The food for breakfast could have been better with a more powerful showerhead.

Loved it! Great location close to restaurants and entertainment. Plus it was super safe to walk around at night. the staff was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed having breakfast there, it was delicious. the room was spacious and the pool was very clean and refreshing. it was a wonderful stay!

There really wasn't anything negative to say. If I had to nitpick, I guess I would say that some of the rooms didn't have the best views.

Great location, short walk to restaurants and beach. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our early arrival and stored our luggage. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options. I highly recommend this guest house.
